Vexadyne exists because most AI services send your data somewhere else. A privacy policy for it should therefore be short, specific, and checkable — not a page of hedging that reserves every right.

No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no session storage. Not as a policy position — there is simply no such code on the site.
There is no sign-up, no account, and no form on this site that sends us anything. If you want to reach us you send an email, and then we have your email because you wrote to us.
The site is served by Vercel, which keeps standard web server logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser user-agent — as any web host does. We do not add anything to those logs, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
When Vexadyne answers a call, it can record the details a caller gives it so a message reaches a human. This is the only personal information the software captures.
Name, phone number, and email address — only what the caller says during the call.
A short description of what the caller wants, so the message is useful to whoever follows it up.
Where a caller has asked to be reached when the request is passed to a person.
Every stage runs on the machine the software is installed on. Speech is transcribed locally, answered by a model running locally against documents stored locally, and spoken back locally.
This distinction matters more than anything else on the page, and it follows from how the product is sold.
The data belongs to that business and sits on their hardware. They decide what is kept and for how long. Micro at Large does not hold it, cannot read it, and cannot produce it if asked — including by you. To have your details removed, contact the business you called.
If you email us, we hold your email and whatever you put in it, for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Retention is set by whoever operates the installation, because it is their machine and their obligation.
To ask about data held about you, or to have it removed, write to hello@microatlarge.io. If your data was captured by a business using Vexadyne, we will tell you so and point you to them, because they hold it and we do not.
The date at the top is the last time it was revised. If what the software does changes, this page changes with it — the page should never describe something the code does not do.
